Dylan Griggs
Dylan Jared Griggs (b. 2004) is an Atlanta-based contemporary painter that invites the fast pace of acrylic media to highlight Black voices of the American Southeast through moments of dynamic stillness.
Griggs studied Painting at the Savannah College of Art and Design where he received his B.F.A. for Painting in 2026. The visual language of his work blends figuration and abstraction through saturated colors and a blend of flat, geometric shapes.
Through his work, Griggs celebrates the cultural moments and figures that most inspire him and the Black community of the South. Dylan has exhibited work at notable galleries and fairs in the Southeast such as ABV Gallery, Gallery Anderson Smith, SCAD Savannah Campus and the Atlanta Art Fair.
